I stopped reading pretty quick. James Alefantis isn't french, and it doesn't mean anything in french. If you look up Alefantis, it's a greek name. But, I can kind of see how it looks like J'aime Les Enfants - which means, I love my kids basically.
The second one, about Andrew Kline owning Besta Pizza is just false, it's actually owned by some muslim guy named Abdel Hammad. The only Andrew Kline involved in Besta is the guy who signs the restaurant license, his name is Andrew Kline, but that guy never worked for the DoJ in any capacity. There was an Andrew Kline at the DoJ, but his role isn't listed, so I think it's just flat out made up there.
The Clinton's don't appear to have anything to do with Beyond Borders, they ran everything through the Clinton Bush Haiti Recovery nonprofit they set up in 2010. Beyond Borders is actually Mercy Beyond Borders and they took A LOT of money from USAID, but I can't find any Clinton connection when I go through their documents or USAIDs documents.
I've done some pretty deep dives on this stuff before, and there is plenty to hang them on without making stuff up.
