There are NO Prophets today. Julie Green is delusional to think that God speaks to her directly.
God could speak to someone directly if He so chooses to. The Holy Spirit is apart of God. Jesus left it for us. Who is God in flesh. So a person could hear directly some words. Now…to your post, I don’t think she’s a prophet by no means. I’m pretty sure God is more concerned with His message rather than the current politics crap. But that’s my opinion.

Really, ephesuans days God gave some apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers. Clearly there are. If you know what God says as to how to identify them. Green never really says anything that isn't obvious already.

Acts 2:17 is a quote from Joel 2:28 and Peter was explaining why the people were speaking in different languages because it was prophesied back in Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17 was the fulfillment of that prophesy. That does not point to us today. But yes we are in the last days.
