They have the votes to go 50-50 and have Vance cast the tiebreaker. The 3 RINOs Murkowski, Collins, and McConnell unlikely to vote for it. Likely same outcome as Hegseth confirmation 51-50,

Trump appears to control Schumer, so maybe he makes him flip and humiliate himself, and get pounded by Ds again...lol.
