God wins only means that in the very end times, God prevails over evil. I don’t give it any meaning as to interim steps. It is an end game statement for me.

Amen. It means the end of the story, however it turns and twists, it ends with God winning.

What is interesting to me is that, at the end, there are only two witnesses. Seems like it’ll look like God is losing all up until the very end.
