I believe Bitcoin or something else that predates deep fakes is and has been publicly available for years but it's encrypted right now. When the Storm finally hits, those who want to will be able to access the encrypted evidence and the proof of its reliability and authenticity will be that it existed before deep fakes tech could produce it.
