I know that we as Christians are well-meaning when we pray these things, but we must come to realize,we are asking God for what we already have. And how can we use what we have, if we don't know we have it, proven by our asking for it? It's much like someone (if they were to pray and ask God to send a savior! How could God answer that prayer? God already has given us a savior. Meaning, we already have a savior so it's fruitless to ask God for one, we need to receive the one we have. Likewise asking God to strengthen us or give us persistence or give us faith, is just as fruitless. God has already said we're more than conquerors, God has already said resist the devil (therefore we can) so we don't need to ask for resistance, we need to walk in what we already have. We have no need to even ask God for faith, because the scriptures say God has (already) (given to every man) The measure of Faith.(Romans 12:3) If we're asking for faith, it implies we don't have it, and how will we use what we think we don't have? Ephesians 1:3 says,"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (WHO HAS) blessed us with (ALL) spiritual blessings in Heavenly places. WHO HAS BLESSED US WITH (ALL) SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS,. God has (already) blessed us with (ALL) spiritual blessing, (all) means all, there is nothing left out of all. God has already given us all (spiritual blessings) we need to become aware of this and walk in what we already have (not pray for them) THERE IT IS IN A NUTSHELL. WE (the body of Christ) ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED, to wage warfare against the devil in this life. WE NEED TO USE WHAT WE For instance: God has given His angels charge over us, and God has given us the right to dispatch them. God has given us his Holy Spirit, God has given us his W,ord, God has given us Christ, God has giving us the right to use the authority that's in the name of Jesus Christ, God has given us authority over the devil, God has given us a prayer language, God has given us his armor, God has given us His wisdom, God has given us love, power, and a sound mind, God has given us the right to be forgiven, God has given us the right to be healed physically, God has given us access to the very throne of grace, yes, we are blessed with all spiritual blessings, why then are we praying and asking God for what we already have ? The answer is obvious, it is because we do not know what belongs to us, that's why God wrote through the prophet, (Hosea 4:6) "MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED FOR A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE" By and large, we as the body of Christ have never taken enough time to find out what belongs to us, and what are our benefits as listed in Psalms 103, AND THROUGHOUT SCRIPTURE. We can name, every player, and every stat of our favorite sports team, or movie star etc, but do not know OUR BENEFITS IN CHRIST (what belongs to us, paid for by Christ) so we end up with our hand out asking God for what God has already placed in our hand. (2 Corinthians 1:20 says, "All the promises of God are yes and amen in Christ Jesus" We do not ask for what has already been promised us, we thank God for what's promised, and received the promises by faith. I hope this is encouraging, and does not make you or anyone else angry that reads this. We are to be like the church in Berea who God says was more noble than all the rest because "They received the word of God with gladness and readiness of mind and then they searched the Scriptures day and night, to see if these things were true"(Acts 17:11) 🙏
I enjoyed reading this. Thanks for taking the time to delve into an area of Heavenly logic I've never contemplated. Yes, we have God's authority to push back against the Devil and his minions, but just how far? In the Ten Commandments there is one that says "Thou shalt not kill". Now some have interpreted this to mean you shouldn't murder another person. Does that include killing an evil person for harming an innocent child? Or would that be murdering the evil person? Or should we just let the legal system take care of those chores? Is it wrong to kill a person who has harmed a child? Will God forgive us for that act if we committed it?
Yes God will forgive us for any sin, if we truly repent. In (1 John 1:19) God gives us this assurance "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us (our sins) and to cleanse us of (ALL) unrighteousness The only thing that will not be forgiven is the rejection of Christ, because the accepting of Christ is the only thing that can save us or allow us to be forgiven. So if we reject the only thing that brings forgiveness of course there is no forgiveness for that. When it comes to sin (murder) for example it's much deeper in the eyes of God, then Man without God's help even contemplates. For instance: (Matthew 5:21) Jesus says "You have heard that it has been said long ago "You shall not murder" and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment but I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother or sister (without cause) will be subject to judgment" or take for instance (Adultery) in (Matthew 5:28) Jesus said "You have heard that it was said "Do not commit adultery" but I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart " so you see it's the intent of the heart that God looks at (not just the action) with that in mind, if you had no choice, and you killed someone in order to protect someone else who was being or going to be murdered by someone else, and your intent was not to kill that person but you had no choice, God would understand the intent your heart, but if you just killed someone, because you were angry that he hurt a child, you have now made yourself the judge, and with the measure that you judge to someone else God says he will use to judge you. So if you think it's okay to kill someone because he did something wrong, then you're saying it's okay for you to be killed if you do something wrong. The law of God that governs everything that has to do with us and our relationship with others is found in (Matthew 7:2) where it is written, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, for with the same measure you measure to someone else it'll be used to measure back to you again" When we realize that what we measure to another person is coming back to us, since it's our own judgment, it's much easier(and without doubt, wiser) to measure Mercy to another. We are to hate sin, but not the person who does it we must realize they are in bondage to their sin, as we are when we sin. We are to remember, we too have sinned, so if we would want to be forgiven and restored when we sin, how then can we deny that to another, and if we deny it to another but desire it for ourself we then become a hypocrite, and the truth is not in us
I think they are all possessed by the demonic spirits.
Totally Agree.
Satan is the root and source of all EVIL, and the Demonic is lurking like a lion, waiting to lure and capture souls.
Sweet Jesus, help us save the children, restore your church. Give us courage and relentless persistence to Fight The Good Fight for all of humanity.
AMEN
Amen.
Amen.
Thank you for the prayer. I agree completely.

The bloody, creepy bloodlines.
Yes, they are creepy and evil.
