When I was teen and had pneumonia I went outside, rested flat on my back in the grass, and let the sun beat down on me. Felt amazing. Got a sunburn.
Fast forward to 2021. Got covid. No Vax. Was pretty bad. Thought I was dying for two weeks. Went to pavement driveway. Relaxed on the cold concrete on my back, no shirt, in November. Let the sun crispify me. Next day started getting better. Recovery in a week.
Does it mean anything?
I dunno. But the hydrogen ball of nuclear fire that is 93 million miles out is good for illness.
Gotta recharge using the sun. Like superman.

It's unscientific but hey, it works for me when the sun comes out (after gray days in WA), I always feel better.
I feel like I should move to a state that has mild winters and more sun
