She looks like she's aging better than most, but I'm sure 9 years ago when she was hired she looked more impressive.

I mean they aren't 100%, and they hire guys too, but a large % of Pharma reps are strikingly hot women. Even if they're not, they get paid enough to dress themselves very well. I imagine that to stay in the business after 35 they have to be very competent.
