My Opinion:

Qatar has been trying to sell this airplane since 2020. No one wanted to buy it. It costs a lot of money to maintain and operate and the new planes are cheaper to own and operate. This plane is also now obsolete. This entire topic is a "White Elephant."

What is something "worth" if no one wants it?
