President Trump had a huge opportunity when he came into office to suspend all further aid to Ukraine and make it clear we want nothing to do with this. I mean, if it's true that Ukraine targeted a helicopter allegedly carrying Putin in an assassination attempt, I'm not surprised that Putin would retaliate. What I don't understand is why Trump would be surprised if he got any intel briefing indicating this.
