You are half way there my friend. He knows whatโs in your heart. Do not be afraid of Him. Once I accepted Him as my Savior I was filled with joy. I no longer worry about things as I did in the past. I know that everything that happens is part of His plan. I accept what I am given including all the trials and tribulations bc I know they strengthen me.
All He wants from you is to accept His mercy. He died for your sins already. So you just need to tell Him how sorry you are for all your past sins. He will know if you are truly repentant. And once you admit you are a sinner and are sorry for your sins you will be forgiven and He will send the Spirit to dwell within you to guide you.
This doesnโt mean you still wonโt sin because none of us is as pure as Christ when he came down on earth. But let the Holy Spirit guide you and even though we all try not to we all still sin. Just keep plugging away, admit to your slip ups and to try and be a better person each day.

What is meant by this? Does this mean that He intentionally wills things to happen? Or do things "become involved" in His Plans?
Repentance is about a change of mind. Old self no more, new self present.
