Federal Appeals Court Reinstates Trump’s Tariffs

Something about that headline just rubs me the wrong way.. the way it's worded makes it seem like the courts have this power and authority. They didn't reinstate this, they realized the original injunction was so far out of their lane that they had no other choice.
