This sound a lot like China's claim that covid was released by the US military instead of from the Wuhan lab. Some truth wrapped along a lie they want Americans to swallow.

How likely is it that this tweet is CCP propaganda? I mean, we have to consider that. They are waging full scale information war against us after all.
