back when i was an atheist, debating religion with christians in AOL chatrooms, i was once asked why i don’t just accept jesus
i thought that was an interesting question, but i wasnt sure how to answer, so i went into a jewish chatroom and asked them why they didnt just accept jesus.
i was expecting some rational reasons, but what i got instead was some massive blowback.
i thought it must have been a fluke. Just a jew having a bad day. Tried again later with same results.
Now when i encounter a jew-worshipping christian, i suggest to them to ask a jew for their opinion of jesus is, and let their reaction tell the story.
at first it was pretty effective. jews would predictably show their true colors.
they must have gotten some coaching, because now if you ask a jew about jesus, their responses are more mild, like “he was an ok guy”
