Sorry. I'm not buying into this narrative by Flynn. CIA likely ran this strike. U.S. has been delivering nothing but provocations towards Russia since 2014.

Rogue agency. Trump's supposed to be in control. His man, Ratcliffe, is supposed to be running the agency. Neither was capable of preventing this. Or they signed off on it. Neither looks good.
