If you build it, they will come. I remember downtown Knoxville, TN, back in the 70s. It was a small southern college town then, and you could count the number of homeless on two hands. Then came the Salvation Army, and then KARM (Knox Are Rescue Mission), then a few other such places, and suddenly Knoxville had more homeless than you could shake a stick at. It's one reason I moved away from the city and out in the country.
Everyplace in the 70s there were no homeless people.....
This is becoming a daily thing. I believe we are close to the to “military is the only way” Not date fagging just looks like times are changing. It’s time!
