Ironically, this aired in 2019 before the pandemic. It was cancelled before being allowed to complete the story.

The original UK version of the series Utopia was aired in 2013-14 by the BBC. If you want to watch the entire series it can be found on Amazon, I highly recommend it. I've watched it at least 3 times. Art imitates life, and this series was a major foreshadowing of what is happening now.
