Deep state is “NOW” acting ?

I think the Deep State is desperate to start WW3. Now let's look at who would benefit?

I’m starting to think there is involvement from inside of Russia. First, someone in the know, alerted Ukraine about Putin’s secret visit to Kursk, then Ukraine pulls off this “surprise” attack deep inside Russia, and they also manage to bomb the bridge into Crimea.

Either the Russian military is not as competent as we’ve been told, or, these events have been allowed to happen.
