Ach! My apologies. Tired mind syndrome inverted some words. I thought you were in the Impatience stream. Peace. No problem with detention centers, though. If the Army can set up a field hospital anywhere in days, there should be no problem setting up a secure, but austere, detention facility. They can probably make two cells to a shipping container, and stack them with external stairs and plumbing. (Shipping containers are already being remade as mobile housing units.) No air conditioning. So, be of good cheer.
