I can hear her fine in this video. Though, I am hard of hearing and have difficulty hearing the correct words - I normally use closed captions while watching vids.
edit: I mean, what I actually hear is not what is being said at all. It makes communicating difficult with family & friends & strangers. I have found myself in really strange conversations many times, lol.
