The officials such as the CIA didn’t create the content. They just quoted boilerplate commie tactics. The tactics aren’t groundbreaking enough to bother sourcing. The point of Mike Benz requoting it isn’t to put heat on the officials. It’s to make people who might encounter the protests aware that there are embedded agitators who are baiting for violence and who want to martyr individuals on their own side, and to let national spectators realize that any violence isn’t spontaneous or organic.
