She is not even logical when comparing Iraq with Iran: In the former case, the USA indeed was tricked into investing treasure and blood for nothing.

Now, in the case of the latter, it is Israel is is picking the hot potatoes from the fire and the USA is standing back, trading ammo, equipment and so forth.

She is actually saying: I do not trust Trump to remain on the defensive side of this issue. And Iran will not come to the table. That is not how it works.
