Despite the throwaway comment about this happening in Zambia, that is not in the cards. The whites and blacks in Zambia are entirely amicably integrated. They are well aware of the need for Western trade and many from the West are settling in Zambia and establishing businesses, which hire labor, which mitigates the poverty.
