How about this scenario? Iran can have no nuclear weapons because they are rouge and would use them, so any means are justified to take them out. So what if Israel takes them out with a nuke (and they do not rule out using their nukes for survival). So Israel is a state that would use nukes . . . and should therefore not have nukes. AmIRite?
