I was homeless for a short period over 20 years ago and I still have regular nightmares about it.

I don't hate the nightmares because they are a motivating force.

You are on the right path. Our enemies want us destitute and mad and scared. You being homeless means they won but you getting out of homelessness is a victory against them.
