Makes sense to me. Let them move out the 60% enriched stuff so we don't contaminate the area too much. The point was to wipe out the centrifuges so they can't get it to 80%+. Anything less than about 80-90% isn't really good enough to make an efficient physics package. (Certainly it wouldn't be good enough to miniaturize for a missile warhead, and Israel wiped out any bombers they may have had...) So, mission accomplished, as W would say. (Generally speaking, weapons grade is considered to be 80% min U-235 enriched.)
