Search for information on SARS 1. It happened in the mid 90's. Looking back, that was the "test". More important... Find the studies where they tried vaccines. All very successful until 100% of meerkats died upon re-infection. The studies have mostly been scrubbed from the interwebs, but maybe us old folks should go old-school and use the Dewey decimal system at the local library... They can't scrub those with the push of a button!
(Sometimes, if we got "lucky" it was a Penthouse, or better yet, Hustler. But, we even knew Hustler was trashy by comparison. I suppose that was the attraction...)
