Exactly the same reason I don't attend sporting events anymore. I can watch from home, no crowd, my own CLEAN bathroom with no waiting line, and food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. And when its over, no traffic jams to contend with. Why anyone wants to suffer thru these massive crowd events is a mystery. You're probably right. Spend a couple hundred dollars and deal with the frustrations of the crowds/traffic just for a few oh-so valuable "likes" on facebook. Or to make facebook "friends" jealous.
