Massie is literally the only person in Congress not cow-towing to Izril - I assume Trump is attacking him to retain his good standing with Izril while he manoeuvrers them into self-destruct position.
It takes a lot of faith to believe this though, because Trump 100% looks like a totally under-the-thumb SLAVE of Izril right now
Ban antisemitism / have a go at Massie / pull out the chair for Yahoo / touch the wall of treachery / move the embassy / bomb on demand - literally there is NO SIGNAL that he is anything other than a pure bred slave to Izril, so yeah, I am completely MAD to believe it's a grand misdirection.
POTUS will be insulated, I hang onto that. Saving Izril for last, I hang on.
If this was real? If Trump was seriously calling Massie weak etc and meaning it, while doing all those pro-Izril things? THEN I would not be supporting Trump.
If this is real, and Trumps true opinion, then well, it's over for MAGA. Massie IS MAGA. Massie is a good man, I have NO DOUBT about that. Massie IS America First.
Why does a MAGA congressman vote against bills that support the MAGA mission? Weird, it looks like he says he is MAGA but then he doesn't vote that way. This isn't about the big beauty bill this is about voting with Dems more than Rs.
Thomas Massie is a patriot and more MAGA than Trump by 1000 fold. Likewise MTG, Rand Paul, Ron DeSantis and others who have supported Trump only to be betrayed by him the instant they disagree with anything he is doing. The Trump team were all allowed to be elected as a stop-gap to appease Christian Conservative voters, and to prevent real MAGA from ever happening. Trump is clearly compromised and fully owned by Israel, and is simply telling his base in the US what they want to hear in order to get votes. He then proceeds to do the very same things as every other administration before him, this is now 100% clear. Most of the MAGA stuff that we have seen come from him has been fluff that never actually comes to pass (bomb the cartels!, release the Epstein files, and 500 toothless/pointless EO's.), makes for good headlines in the alt-right media that lick his boots no matter what, but at the end of the day does NOT serve to make America great again or to help the traditional American family.
The big bill should be gutted and the state rolled back to near zero, he is a placeholder for that kind of idealism. Trump would be better off saying "I wish we could do things the Massie would prefer, and one day we will, but for now, we need votes and he isn't helping, but I understand his principles on not wanting a large state"
As it is, his attack just seems to be coming from Izril-firsters because he isnt down with Izril first.
When Massie votes against bills like the Secure the Border Act, maybe look into his reasons WHY he voted against it, primarily what ELSE was in that bill?
He takes a different tack on many of those issues, but would solve them by other means. Example: you dont need a border wall if you stop with incentives to cross the border, like welfare handouts.
You have some apparently good points there on tarrifs, I like tarriffs myself, assuming your source is accurate, but as I understand it, he wants the same things but by other means (means that don’t involve massive deficit spending mainly). I mean take tarrifs for example, I suspect he would say that get the government size down, taxes down, and if people were, as a result of a rollback of government, more community based, they would choose to buy American without the need for tariffs. People buy cheap crap because they are impoverished by a massive government tax burden. Things like that. I have similar views about law and order - yes you can spend more on police that is one option, or you can properly educate people (privately at home) so they are upright citizens who have virtually no need for police. Or something like, people are so empowered without much government that criminals dare not commit crime for fear of citizens. It's a totally different philosophy, idealistic yes, possibly impractical yes, but purer than using the state for everything.
He can hardly be a democrat since he is A1 and A2 absolutist
good points, I am sympathetic to your points as someone much more pragmatic than Massie, but I also like that there are people who don’t budge on principle.
Take E-verify - the proper solution is that everyone in America is American, not that everyone in America has to enroll on some kind of mega database digital ID system to prove who they are all the time. I mean you could just use the social security number system and stop doling them out to illegals. Massie doesnt want an incremental movement toward digital ID for everything situation. The game is: allow illegals to become a problem so the pre-set solution can be brought in instead of just enforcing the proper system that already exists.
I won't defend anti-tarrifs though, because I am not Massie-levels of purist on that, but the argument is people have a choice, their choices have consequences, let them make informed choices, so have labelling of good make abroad more prominent or something like that. If people want to screw over their own that is a moral failure of people and that should be tackled rather than the availability of cheap goods. But not my position, I just like that someone is willing to be pig headed about it, better that than everyone in lockstep all the time. Sometimes the extremists like Massie can get things "a little bit better" thought out.
I see your point, I get it, but I dont think it fair for Trump to go after someone operating from principle (even if I disagree with the practical outcome of them)

I'm with you on this. My feelings exactly. This is a psychological war and it shows how strong both Massie and Trump are.

Donald Trump was a lifelong Democrat before he started running for POTUS.
By his unhinged rant, he's obviously a congenital Democrat.
Well, clearly he knows something about Massie that the general public does not.
Trump is looking like a retard lately. Shamming Massie and Tucker for not wanting to bomb sand people isn't a good look...
Master Thespian joins the chat......
I get the feeling, POTUS, does not care for Thomas Massie.............
