This obvious moron should never have been allowed on the SCOTUS and everyone knows it. There are also several low IQ. morons in OUR Congress (watters, AOC, brown and several other ) that can NOT be allowed to continue to ruin 'LAW' in the USA. We need a common sense law that puts 'stupidity' up for a recall to OUST morons.
