The Tariffs charged on Farmers in the US is to stop dumping into the Canadian market and driving Canadian Farmers to their knees. WISCONSIN is especially guilty of this.

This is is 3D chess move and will further encourage the Balkanization of Canada. Alberta separatist sentiment is gaining momentum and truly would be the first domino that would lead to the break up. 52% of the CCP is funded by Alberta.
