I think this is a tougher sell because appointing someone to SCOTUS is a much bigger production - Senate interviews, nomination press conference, public hearings, etc. It's not like an EO quietly signed behind his back
The way to nullify her appointment is to prove that the 2020 election was a fraud and he was fraudulently installed as POTUS, never having the authority to appoint her (or sign anything for that matter) in the first place
