I believe the Scholfield Bible was merely a traditional Bible with Scholfieldโs notes added to it. No biblical text was changed. It is a common practice among Bible scholars and pastors. None of them have been accused of changing the wording of the Bible.
There are many historic documents that verify biblical text because they all match. Including multiples of the many authors works that make up the modern Bible as we know it. Itโs not like Scholfield can just come along and decide to change biblical text without the support of said historical documents.
