I have no doubt there is organized trafficking going on. We know there's a tunnel system throughout all the parks for staff, how does the general public know that that's it?
I don't think anyone gets snatched at places like Disney if they are just visitors. They try very hard to keep the reputation pristine. Iconic things like Disney are used to suck kids into grooming schemes. The tunnels are probably used for the children that had already been sucked in via other mechanisms.
