Horse paste every day. I've noticed it does something for my mental well being. If I skip a day, all through that day I'm pissy and mad. Yet when I regularly take it I'm happy and chipper. Odd how a simple dab of horrible tasting horse paste can make you feel. I hope one day it is OTC and the cost will be minimal. But I see that if it does become OTC, Big Pharma will stick its nose into the mix and drive the price per pill up past a dollar. It only take about two pennies to produce one pill, so why should the cost be jacked up to a dollar a pill?
Good point about Big Pharma driving the price up. I've been taking the "horse paste" since 2021, and the price has doubled. It is also more difficult to get now. I really don't mind the taste, but a pill form would be nice. I noticed over the winter, that if I cut back on it I'd get colds, and upper respiratory stuff.
