And God knows, I'm against public education- if it's not home or church it's almost certainly immoral- but I guess so long as the right kind of education, thats more important than the source how floods can be prevented through prayer, signs that the weather is being manipulated by the Deep State, evidence of witchcraft in the skies, that kind of thing.

Most people don't commit fraud in their own lives. So they have no idea how to determine if someone is scaming them or not.
i think most people do know. that is why scammers have to throw wide nets and know their mark. come up with nigerian prince spam and robo calls.
