When we lived in Louisiana, I learned that mommas would make their kids act out at school, so momma gets a "crazy check" each month for her child(ren) with ADHD. This robs the child and the entire classroom of their education.

I just mentioned my own experience with this above before I saw your comment. It's true. As a public school teacher I had children tell me about how they were sent to get the "crazy check."
