Benny's going to do what Benny's going to do. 5.7m followers on Yutub. Has he ever been banned? (No?) Believe me, he's raking in lots of money from his work. Lots.
I dunno. Maybe we need both the real actual investigators and thinkers, and then we need lightweight clickers who whip up the masses. But his presentation here is uber-weak, imo.
Benny is sort of a 'gateway' into our depths of knowledge. I honestly can't stand him, he's a bit annoying. But I have an aunt that watches him, and we have conversations I wouldn't have with other 'normies.'
I got about 3 seconds into this video and the music and just the way he presents is annoying to me, but at least he does have a reach into a good percentage of the normies to get them thinking about stuff.
Spot on. He's another step on the path. I don't care for him but he's like the 3rd step on the journey. I kinda feel it's Daily Wire, American Thinker, Benny Johnson types, on and on until you end up here in the deep end.
I may have mentioned it elsewhere, but I have a bias/prejudice against people of... say, Benny's strata. "inflooencers"
But after I wrote this comment, and then my post later, I found myself reflecting.
Maybe there's really a place (and need) for these different strata. I'm strongly drawn to the in-depth thinkers, the analysts, and their hard core attention to things, but someone like Benny maybe reaches people who just cannot (or will not) tune in to those folks.
While I'm wary of controlled opposition, I guess its fair to look at the alt-media sphere as a bit of a complex ecosystem, and folks like Benny, as grating as they can be, maybe have a role to play.
I appreciate your comment, and the contrasting perspective it brings. Thank you!!
Yep, Benny is not a lightweight but he also strangely avoids getting censored and he frequently plagiarizes anons and others who got ran off of YouTube to Rumble and such.

This is part of why I got tired of SaltyCracker and stopped watching him a while back. He serves his purpose still but I was getting tired of everything being only a barely surface level analysis and sometimes misreading situations entirely due to missing context. There was also a period where he was just dooming hard and I was getting simply annoyed not fired up.
I feel that anons graduate from one level to another over time and as such leave their previous sources behind seeking deeper info as well as having learned to recognize who is just stringing you along to keep their numbers up.

I feel exactly the same way! Wohoot!
(Although I wonder how much of anondom follows this course, and how many are simply stuck, or slow, or reach a certain point and then stick there... but anyway)

And speaking of Salty just saw him jumping on this bandwagon as well now.
