True, but everyone assumes we all still live under a constitutional republic, when in reality we live under a corporate legal structure. The corporate status has not been done away with. If it were, your (all capitols) corporate straw-man name could not be used to haul you into court and imprison your person. We are mere chattel under the corporate legal framework.

These judges are not operating under constitutional law. Trump has to work under both legal paradigms, as do we all.
