Just a thought. What if Trump is holding on to the Files because he knows if he releases them most people won't believe what's in them. Instead he's going to use an outside player such as Iran, to release the files. Like he used Israel to attack Iran. Remember there was much speculation Epstein was in cahoots with Mossad. The whole save Isreal for last would make more sense.
