A man was shot and killed this morning after he ambushed Border Patrol agents, armed with a rifle and tactical gear, outside of a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas.

Reports say the shooter was originally from Michigan. That is a long drive and there is probably more to this story as it develops.
