Hear me out. Once the democrat party eventually calls it quits and scatters to the wind. All the lesser known and unknown democrats/commies will try to infiltrate the remaining parties.

Having multiple parties can still safeguard against actual fascist authoritarianism. And I'm not calling MAGA or even Elon fascists either. I'm thinking about long term politics after this is over.
