All of these “system suckers” will have zero work ethic, a nightmare for every business owner. Instead pay out increases for good work ethic/job performance and let your workers know they are valued.
that is the problem with the system suckers ...as long as they get their hand outs they have zero work ethic...if they don't preform and find some work ethic cut their ass off...see if they like it better............
