Personally, I still believe in the Plan, partly because it's the only think that offers an explanation for all that has happened and is happening, partly due to the proofs, and partly because of my hope for the children of the world who need saving.
As a professional who assists organizations through change, I am very familiar with change leadership and all of the variables involved. One of the most difficult concepts is balance, specifically how to maintain the faith of early adopters of change and a new paradigm (similar to early Anons) as the change process unfolds and appears (to early adopters) to be stalling out due to their expectations and need for resolution (consider the reaction--both the speed and the voracity--each time something occurs that does not fit the expectations of Anons--patience with the Plan is growing thin, based on my observation).
Assuming the Plan is unfolding according to plan, I am puzzled by the lack of engagement by the Q Team to reassure Anons. Leaving it up to Anons to "see" the cues risks the erosion of the movement. For example, seeing "17" in many instances is either a comm from Q, or it is self-fulfilling prophecy that eventually wears out and turns people off. Out of a random 100 Anons, what percent are always going to believe it is a Q/Plan comm? If 10 percent start doubting because they conclude that their ability to see"17's" is nothing more than their programmed bias, then the Anons become 10 percent weaker.
The longer this storm takes to play out, and if the most serious expectations (Epstein for example) are shattered, the more the Anon base will question the bedrock of the movement: We have it all; NCSWIC; etc. And as they question, many will leave, or become disinterested, or worse, turn against the movement.
I guess my advice to the Q Team is (and I know, they don't need it, nor did they ask, but I am sharing it for my own sanity): You need to re-engage your base, and reassure them, before too many stop choosing to believe or to be involved. We need some type of touchpoint, check-in, milestone, etc.that let's us know that this is not a psyop, and that we have not been duped, and this touchpoint needs to be direct, not some obscure clue that is cloaked in too much reasonable doubt requiring more faith. We need ammo to reply to family and friends who want to know where Q is, now? We need the timeline reviewed, and we need to know that the cabal is being dismantled.
So, it will be interesting to see this play out. In 90 days will we have arrived at "I told you so" moments where we get to shove Q in the faces of so many regarding some of the more egregious things perpetrated by the Deep State? And will it be obvious, or will it be obscured by some lawfare bullshit, or cloaked among clues requiring the fall back of a "how many coincidences" rationale? Will we have received confirmation from Q that all is still going well? All this is to say that either the movie is ending very soon with a huge bang, or there will need to be some type of comms, otherwise the community of active Anons will shrink dramatically--that's just a reality based on humans experiencing change fatigue.
How will Q manage this change leadership endeavor so that we don't erode the Anon base?

And you are the perfect example, if you don't mind my saying--which is why I am grateful you happened to check in and then comment on this post. Anons like you are now "numb" and checked out. And rightfully so (although some here will say that you're weak... which is just incredibly short-sighted and stupid). But how are you an asset to the Great Awakening if you are awake but defeated and checked out?
That's what the Q Team has missed, and I am more and more convinced of that. I hope they see this thread and give it some thought. We need a shot in the arm, and not THAT one.

Checked out, no. Defeated no. I just recognize reality. When I say I'm numb and dissociated, I mean that nothing really phases me anymore and I recognize the rest of society won't come around until they are faced with an unavoidable threat or a boot on their neck, or both. A video of an uncensored child hunting party with cannibalism at the Rothschild mansion could drop, a nuke could go off in a major city, 5,000 ten-man active shooter cells of derkas that snuck over the border could activate and kill thousands..... But if I'm not directly affected in the kill zone, I would be stone cold calm. While everyone else would panic, I would be like "Ok, while everyone else figures this out, let me know when the people actually responsible face the music, because focusing on my immediate family is more important". That's how numb I am. I tried to wake family and friends, got alienated and isolated. I took advantage of safety moments at work to play snippets about widespread vaccine injury, terminal illness, and death from the CDC itself (specifically from their YouTube channel where Steve Kirsch argued with undeniable evidence) and got treated like I'm a madman. My wife was on board with the Q message, but being so invested coupled with the depression after the 2020 loss and getting fucked on Jan 6 absolutely hurt my marriage. I carried all this pain for what? So three years later a couple people would casually mention "oh, you were right about that one thing, but you're still crazy about everything else". If I'm being brutally honest, anons are no longer an asset. If their purpose was to awaken those "who will see", that's done with. Everyone that can awaken has been awakened. If Q is real and fails, it's failure will be because it failed to tell us "what's next and how do we carry it out after awakening?". Q is right, but Yuri bezmenov was more right. You can't reach demoralized people. They willfully will not receive or accept truthful info or alternate viewpoints until "the boot of the state steps on their necks". None of this should read as a black pill or demoralization to anyone. It's simple acknowledgement of reality. IMO, I don't think it's worth the energy educate anyone outside our circle. We can perhaps keep learning and, if and when the big scare happens, maybe then we can be of actual use. Until then, we're unwelcome, unwanted, scorned, ignored, and excluded. Nobody likes a truth teller. Look what happened to Jesus.
I also want to point out, this feeling I have is shared my many, which is why you acknowledged it. I've taken to reading lots of military texts about psyops and The Art of War. One of the most important tactics from both is ensuring that there is a shared and invigorated spirit amongst the troops. Lack of that destroys movements. That's where we're at. It's an absolute violation of the Art of War to not "rejuvenate" us in the ways you mentioned. Also, based on the Q literature itself, next year we're supposed to be out of "occupation". So yeah, anyone is going to question if we'll see big moves within five months. If Q is real, then realistically, our job is 100% complete until the rest of society is forced to awaken from the scare and is finally willing to receive information.
Thanks for all of that... totally understand, and agree. And, I was not meaning that you were checked out... I was speaking in general about people who have awakened but have become disenfranchised with the Plan and everything. Just wanted to clarify that.
I concur about trying to sway the normies. Q even said you can't tell the people, you have to show them. Q also said fight, fight, fight, be loud, etc. Maybe that referred to resisting and calling out corrupt authority to their faces. But now, I wonder how a government of, by and for the people will be able to maintain itself in this world of AI, fraud and fakery. We just don't know what is going on, and the best we can do is hope and pray and help our neighbors. And ascend, if we can.
