Need to add the extra > in between paragraphs to put it all correctly in the same quote box. It makes a complete mess to read otherwise.

Making each new paragraph a bullet point in separated quote blocks makes the info much harder to read, not easier. Thats why everyone including your source Breitbart (or even childrens books) never do it.
There is also a thing called "over-formatting". Using many different fonts in the same article/document is a prime example of over formatting. Just because you can, doesnt mean you should.
Same effect has been noted elsewhere. Including in the U.S. Though given laws here. Companies have to dance around it. While introducing rules that effectively acts as a ban on certain groups. Without being explicitly a ban.
One observation I saw put it succinctly. Most of Modern American Life revolves around earning enough money to escape the consequences of Diversity. No one wants to admit that because it then brings up awkward and emotionally charged questions.
Like a grocery store in the summer being a place that you can escape the heat for a while, the pools will be an escape from the constant pressure of predators.
