Elon complained about Americans being stupid. What if we just gave Americans free education and charge foreigners who come to America to go to colleges like Harvard and other Ivy league schools 100's of thousands of dollars. Now Americans are "smart" and you made money off of those foreigners who just take the education back to their country of origin.
