I think the only medical (non-physical-injury) issue that is dangerous for athletes in (any) school is MRSA. Anyone notice how it seems to have gone up when changes (like the rubber pellets they use in the fake-grass fields) started to happen in the name of "safety"? Even New York figured it out...

BTW - if you don't want your grandkids to have an asshole mom, make sure you heavily influence your son to only move to a red area/state. I have a %50 success rate on that myself. One daughter is in Texas. The other is in northern VA. All we can do is try to do our best.
