I bet if the penalty for voting on legislation that has not been read and discussed first was death, we would stop seeing these bills being passed covertly.

Regardless, this action, and the items passed, all are null and void since they were not enacted as per the original intent of the Constitution. We do not need a judge or court to declare this, we just need the owners of government to enforce it on government.
