I've heard they hire mainly teenagers, treat them well and pay them well (by teen job standards). They also instill principles and values in their staff. Every teen I've met there at AZ locations I visit are absolutely fantastic and courteous
Maybe you have met my son then here in AZ. They treat their associates very well. He gets vacation pay and a small amount for college tuition reimbursement every year. They also throw a pretty kickass company party every year.
That is AWESOME! That makes the INO experience all the more rewarding. Not only is the food amazing, but knowing the staff is treated so well makes every visit worth it. And I bet that company party is kickass!! Hopefully INO caters it!! :)
