BUT! if you scroll to p22/114, there sure is a lot of descriptions (in the official intel community report) of the signs you would see in the voting data if there was election interference. These are exactly the same statistical anomalies that we were all told to discount as crazy conspiracy theories in 2020.

In fact as I was looking at this 2016 document, I couldn't help but think to myself this is a manual for how to steal an election.
